Bird Pin

Painted Honeyeater

The rare Painted Honeyeater inhabits dry open woodlands of eastern Australia. It feeds on mistletoe fruits growing on wattles and eucalypts, with the distribution of fruiting mistletoe determining where the birds breed each year. However, much of its specialised habitat has been cleared.

Enamel pin height: 32 mm

This product has a small typographical error on the backing card, but the quality of the pin is bird-fect!
